We are located at 396 Weathers Road, Holly Springs, NC 27540. Our facility is a gated, open park perfectly situated at the end of a dead-end road in a sparse residential area. We are conveniently located right on the Wake and Harnett County line, just off Highway NC-42.
When can I access my stored boat or RV?
Your adventures shouldn't be restricted by our schedule! We offer 24/7/365 gated access. You can pick up or drop off your property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How big are your outdoor parking spaces?
To ensure the safest and easiest storage of your property, we feature roomy, angled, 15-foot wide parking spaces. This extra width gives you plenty of room to confidently back in, pull out, and navigate around your large RV or boat trailer.
How close are you to Shearon Harris Lake?
We are incredibly close! In fact, our proximity to the water is one of our best features. We are just a few minutes away from both the Harris Lake Crosspoint Boat Ramp and the Harris Lake Bartley Holleman Boat Ramp, making it incredibly simple to get your boat from our lot to the water.
Is your storage facility secure?
Absolutely. Security is a top priority. Our facility is a fully fenced and gated open park. It is brilliantly lighted for security and safety during nighttime visits, and we utilize 24-hour security cameras. Plus, being located at the end of a quiet, dead-end road naturally reduces unwanted traffic.

Because we provide a simple storage solution for simple storage needs, the owners are directly accessible 24/7/365. If you need assistance, we are always just a phone call or email away.
Can I pay my storage bill online?
Yes! We offer a seamless Online Bill Pay system. You can easily manage your account, update your payment methods, and pay your monthly rent from your computer or smartphone at any time.
